Return Policy

We hope that every item you receive truly brings a sense of nature and beauty to your space.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your items. We are committed to providing you with a smooth and worry-free after-sales experience.


30-Day Return & Exchange Service

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please verify that the item meets the following conditions:
  • The item is unused and undamaged;
  • It remains in its original condition;
  • It includes all original packaging and accessories;
  • It has not been cut, altered, or manually modified in any way.
We understand that you may open the packaging to inspect the item or briefly arrange it to see how it fits in your space. However, if the item shows obvious signs of use, is missing parts, or is in a condition that prevents resale, the refunded amount may be adjusted based on the actual condition of the item.

For sets, bouquets, or bundled items, if any accessories or floral components are missing upon return, we may deduct a corresponding fee based on the value of the missing parts.


How to Request a Return

You may submit a return request by following these steps:
  • Log in to your account;
  • Navigate to the "Orders" page;
  • Select the item(s) you wish to return;
  • Provide a reason for the return and submit your request;
  • Await review by our customer service team and further return instructions.
Unless the item is confirmed to have a quality defect or was damaged during transit, the cost of return shipping is your responsibility. We recommend using a shipping service that offers tracking, as you remain responsible for the returned item until it is received by us.


Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item has a quality defect, was damaged during shipping, or was shipped in error, return shipping costs are typically your responsibility.
We recommend using a shipping service that includes tracking capabilities. You remain responsible for the returned item until it has been delivered to and signed for by us.
For high-value returns, we recommend purchasing additional shipping insurance to protect against loss or damage during transit.


Items Ineligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
  • Gift cards;
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance";
  • Items that have been used, cut, or manually altered;
  • Items returned without their original packaging or with missing accessories.
Since we sell artificial plants and floral arrangements—rather than live plants—we cannot accept return requests based on the grounds that the items are "not fresh flowers" or "not real plants." The materials and attributes of each product are clearly described on the respective product pages; please review this information carefully before making a purchase.


Bulk Orders

If you plan to place a large-volume order, we recommend purchasing a single unit as a sample first to evaluate the product.
Given that artificial plants and floral arrangements possess strong visual attributes—particularly regarding size, shape, color nuances, and spatial aesthetic—confirming the style and texture beforehand can effectively prevent unnecessary returns or exchanges following a bulk purchase.

Order Cancellation: Once an order is submitted, we prioritize its processing and packaging at our warehouse as quickly as possible. If an order has already entered the picking or shipping phase, it may no longer be possible to cancel it.
Partial cancellations may incur a payment processing fee, which will be deducted from the refunded amount. This fee primarily covers the transaction charges levied by payment platforms at the time the order was generated; these charges are typically non-refundable to us, even if the order is subsequently cancelled.


Receiving Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive items that are damaged during transit, defective, incorrect, or missing accessories, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and provide the following information:
  • Order Number
  • Photos of the item(s)
  • Photos of the outer packaging
  • A description of the issue
Please retain the item(s) and their original packaging in the meantime so that we may assist you further with the resolution process. Returning items directly without prior confirmation may result in the package being incorrectly received or processed.


Refunds

Once the returned items have been delivered to us and successfully inspected, we will proceed with processing your refund. Refunds are typically credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the review process is complete. The actual time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment platform; please allow for some patience.
It may take some time for the refund to be reflected in your account balance. If a significant amount of time has passed and you still have not received your refund, we recommend contacting your bank or payment institution first to verify the processing status.

Exchanges

We accept exchange requests for items that are damaged, defective, or shipped in error. If you wish to request an exchange, please contact us first and provide supporting photographs.
Returning items without prior communication with us may result in the shipment failing to reach the correct department; we cannot be held responsible for any lost items. Please do not return any packages without contacting us in advance.
