If, following a partial return of items, the final value of your order falls below the minimum spending threshold required to qualify for a promotional gift, the corresponding gift must also be returned along with the returned items. Promotional gifts must remain unused and be returned in their original packaging with all accompanying accessories intact.

If a promotional gift is not returned along with the qualifying items, or if the gift has already been redeemed or utilized (e.g., if a discount benefit has been activated), we reserve the right to deduct the monetary equivalent of that gift from your refund amount to reflect the actual value of the benefit you have received.

If we have reasonable grounds to suspect any form of abuse—including, but not limited to, tampering with campaign rules, bulk ordering, fraudulent transactions, or unauthorized usage—we reserve the right to cancel the relevant orders or withhold the promotional gifts.
All promotional items and coupons are valid only for qualifying purchases that meet the specific campaign criteria; they possess no independent monetary value and cannot be purchased or redeemed separately. Should we be unable to fulfill an order, we will notify you promptly and, where applicable, process a refund for you.

Product prices, inventory levels, and availability are subject to change at any time without prior notice. In the event of obvious pricing or informational errors on the website, we are under no obligation to fulfill orders at the erroneous price and reserve the right to cancel such orders prior to shipment.

We strive to ensure that all products displayed on our website are available in stock for immediate purchase and that our inventory information remains accurate at all times. However, due to real-time fluctuations in inventory levels, it may occasionally happen that a product is sold out or in short supply at the exact moment you place your order.

Such adjustments are intended to ensure that your product is delivered to you in its absolute best condition, while preserving—and in some instances, even enhancing—the overall aesthetic appeal and visual presentation of the original design. Product Color and Appearance

We strive to ensure that our product displays are as accurate as possible, including colors, textures, and finishes. However, due to factors such as screen settings, device types, lighting conditions, or web browsers, the actual appearance of the product may vary slightly. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the colors you see on your screen will exactly match the colors of the product you receive. Such minor discrepancies do not constitute a quality defect.

We occasionally offer items available for pre-order. The estimated shipping dates for pre-order items will be displayed on the relevant product pages and/or the checkout page. These dates are provided for reference only and are subject to change due to unforeseen delays in production or shipping. Should there be a significant change to the estimated shipping date, we will notify you as soon as possible.

If your order includes pre-order items, all items in the order will be shipped together once the pre-order items have arrived in stock. If you wish to receive in-stock items sooner, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist you.

Payment for pre-order items is collected at the time the order is placed, rather than at the time of shipment. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

All provided delivery dates are estimates. While we make every effort to deliver your order within the specified timeframe, delays may occasionally occur. Cubje accepts no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) arising from delayed delivery.

Title to and risk of loss for the goods pass to you upon delivery of the goods to the address you provided, or upon delivery to you in accordance with the shipping service you selected at checkout.

Due to international trade regulations and shipping restrictions, we are unable to process or ship orders to certain countries and regions. These countries and regions include, but are not limited to:
Afghanistan, Belarus, Burundi, Cuba, Congo, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Venezuela, and Yemen.
We reserve the right to update this list at any time in response to changes in applicable laws, regulations, or logistical conditions.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit Cubje’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
