Multiple Package Shipments

Shipping to APO/FPO Addresses
Please note that there are size restrictions for items shipped to APO/FPO addresses. Some of the larger floral arrangements and plants featured on our website may not be eligible for shipment to these address types. If your order is affected by these restrictions, please contact our customer service team; we will reach out to you via email prior to shipping to address the matter.

Receiving Damaged Goods
We take every precaution to ensure that your items are properly protected during transit. If you receive an item that is damaged, missing parts, or affected by shipping-related issues, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and provide the following:

- Photos of the item(s) and the outer packaging
- A description of the issue
